Product information on this web site is provided by Dicerna and is intended for general information purposes only. Belcesiran (DCR-A1AT) is an investigational drug intended for the treatment of patients with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin-Associated Deficiency Liver Disease. Investigational medicines have not yet been approved by appropriate regulatory agencies. The safety and efficacy belcesiran have not been established yet. Current and future studies are evaluating the safety and efficacy of belcesiran. SHOULD YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, PROMPTLY SEE YOUR OWN MEDICAL DOCTOR OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER.
